Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our prints, and make sure every garment/item that is digitally printed, heat pressed, or machine embroidered is to a professional standard. If you are not happy with your order or believe it is faulty, please contact Mick on 04 219 222 12, or email 

We do not accept returns on customised items, or change of mind. Returns on blanks or non customised items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund or exchange. Return postage must be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we are at fault, which will be determined by our print experts. If you need to return an item, contact us here. 



Shipping is determined by the size and weight of your order. Custom orders will be printed and shipped within 5 - 10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. If you have an urgent job, please contact us to arrange priority printing and shipping. 

Some items on offer for printing are by custom order only, meaning we order the stock and have it customised, once we receive an order.

Weight Cost
0.5kg and under $10 flat rate
0.5 - 1.5 kg $12 flat rate
1.5 - 5 kg $20 flat rate
5 - 10kg $30 flat rate
