Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our prints, and strive to ensure every product which is digitally printed, heat pressed, or machine embroidered, is to a professional standard. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please contact Mick on 0493 082 198, or email mick@onprinttshirtcompany.com.au. 

We cannot accept returns on customised items, or if you change your mind. Returns on blanks or non-customised items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund or exchange. Return postage must be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we are at fault, which will be determined by our print and production team. Shipping

Shipping is determined by the size and weight of your order. Custom orders will be printed and shipped within 5 - 10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. If you have an urgent job, please contact us to arrange priority printing and shipping.
